View this email as a web page here. you should be working with the goat...  check out a list of ygd's FAQs & take note!   where is your office located &  do you use local reps? our north american design & sales office is located near philadelphia. due to the custom nature of our work, we find it easier to work directly with our clients. we don't use local reps but we hit the road often if you need us!   where do you fabricate? our factory is located outside of toronto in cambridge, ontario, canada.   what are your typical lead times? shop drawings: 2-3 weeks; production: 10-12 weeks;  wicker products: 16 weeks; kids play products: 16-24 weeks; quick ship: 4-6 weeks (email us to request catalogue) \*expediting options available\*   can you customize anything on the website? sure can! everything we do is custom made and built to order. want to specify per the website? no prob...however, it's not sitting on a shelf and will be built just for you so standard lead times apply. have your own idea? send it over to us!   what are your design development fees? free! along with samples, renderings, 3D models,  datasheets, etc... #clutch   do you install the product? we design, fabricate & install (jack of all trades over here)!   how much does everything cost? can you ve? we'll shoot you straight...it's all across the board and can range from $1000 upwards. have a budget? we'll build to it. over budget? we can ve to it. need a ballpark? email us!   are your products UL listed? all of our components are UL listed and we use QPS, a UL equivalent, which is recognized and accepted everywhere in north america to certify the final product   do you have in-house designers? of course, our design work is what we are known for. we are all super talented and fun to work with! #oftenimitated #neverduplicated    i'm ready to purchase.....what's next? e-mail sales@yellowgoatdesign.com with your estimate # and our project manager will get the ball rolling!     still have an unanswered question? drop us a line and we'll lead you in the right direction! sales@yellowgoatdesign.com    Facebook Twitter Instagram Pinterest LinkedIn Yellow Goat Design   120 S.
